By commissioning me, you have agreed to my terms of service and will have no issues proceeding forward.

I may decline to do a commission if I feel I cannot do it to the most potential OR if I feel it is against my morals / uncomfy with it.

References are ALWAYS required when commissioning me! (ex: poses/bases, mood boards, OC reference sheets, etc)

All commissions will be done 8-9 days MAX unless a specific deadline has been placed OR a rush-fee has been paid.

I will send a sketch of your commission and accept any changes to it, but if you have several changes--- please send it in one organized message! After the initial sketch is approved, I will not revise anything---only the flat colors.

All communications will be via DM or email in some cases. If commissioned through VGen, then I will message you through the site.

Please DO NOT spam message me as I work on your commission. Failure to comply will result in me canceling your commission and a refund will NOT be given. Be patient with me please.

My schedule might be a bit hectic at times so I will let you know ahead of time if it is. Do NOT panic or worry if I do not answer you in a timely manner, I am a university student-- I will most likely answer you in odd times. I might send late messages or some at 4 AM (due to my timezone which is CST), it depends but I will always try my best to respond as quickly as I can!

My method of payments are Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, Cashapp, Ko-fi, and VGen payments.

All payments will be 50% upfront or 50% after the initial sketch is approved OR the commissioner can pay 100% of the payment upfront.

Commissions will NOT be started on unless payment is made and once reference images/ mood boards/etc have been sent. I cannot draw what I don't know.

If a commission is canceled by the commissioner before I have started sketching, a full refund will be given. If I feel as if I cannot fulfill your commission to the best of your interest, I will notify you and refund you. Once I have started the sketching process, a refund will not be given at all.

If the commissioners payment is not made within 24 hours, then your slot will be given away UNLESS you have notified me in advance or requested for a longer time period to pay.

Please let me know if your commission will be for personal or commerical use or montiezed content! (Commerical use will be +50% and Montiezed use will be +70%)

You CANNOT claim my art to be your own. I reserve all rights to my artwork and any current or future art that may be added to my porfolio/carrd/commission sheets.

Do NOT feed my artwork or commission samples to A.I or NFTs!!!!

You are NOT allowed to remove any watermarks I put on your commission. Do NOT blur or attempt to cover my watermark.

All commissions are FULLY COLORED and come with simple backgrounds!

Complicated backgrounds will have an extra fee

If you only want a sketch and not the fully colored version, please let me know ahead of time!

I can do silly animations/animatics/tik toks as well, if you so choose to go that route!
